James Bouck

I am the former New York State Director for MUFON, the Mutual UFO Network.

My interests in UFOs began while in my early teens when I tried to imagine if there could be life on other planets.  I could not fathom that God would create all those other stars and planets and not use any of them but Earth.  So I began a serious study of outer space and the possibility of life out there.  In the 1970, I began my first UFO investigation and have never stopped.

I am a retired auditor for the New York State Comptroller’s Office and am a former NYS Park Police Officer.

I am the co-author with my good friend Frank Soriano of a book entitled, UFOs Above the Law, which is a compilation of UFO reports by the most credible witnesses you can find, Law Enforcement Officers.  I am currently finishing up a book about Alien Abductions and have started two other books.
